Android webview not working for particular websites

In my app I have developed webview for my college website. But some websites are runing good. But some websites such as cit.studentportal.in is not working Home page is showing... But Login inside is not working not opening homepage for my student ID.

Please, Please Some one help me;

I refered HTML5test it shows websql is diabled. I Think it may be the problem.

Please help me!!!
