I am having problems to find solution to this problem. I have horizontal menu as you can see in images below. I am using Boostrap grid system and the items are align to the center in its column. I don't know how to make the blue and red content align to the start and the end of the text in the menu (as shown in second picture). I tried to shift the content using padding but that not scale when I change browser view. Can anybody please help!
