How can I upload a file through an url with a Rest POST?

I’m using an API RESTFUL and I need to upload a config file with a POST method. The file is in my Downloads folder and the name is Test1.ixcfg. The API says I need to write the url like this: api/v1/configurations/{applicationType}/import so I put what you can see in the picture. Any hint please?
