how to recover a word(.doc/.docx) file content in a text area

I'm developping a website using expressjs/nodejs.I'm trying to recover a word file content uploaded by the user ,to display it on a textarea or on word reader or others.. so that content can be modified(on the website) and then the user can download this word file again.
