HolyStone HS 110W Reverse Engineering

TL;DR Has anyone successfully reverse engineered the holystone HS 110W apis for use by a web app?

I recently received a uav made by holystone. I hate it's control interfaces and want to create a web interface to control this thing. Trying to reverse engineer it and looking for a guide.
