What are some sites for web design challenges?

I would like to try some web design challenges - somethin like this: http://ift.tt/246KnXx. I do not want easy tasks like “use padding or margin” on this element but something more complex, like “create whole website” and use this and that. Can you please recommend me some challenges in this style? Thank you.
