Generate SAML Assertion from bootstrap context

I have to authenticate another API from my website. Both Website and API are ADFS(Standard Microsoft Implementation) enabled apps implemented in .net framework 4.5. I have BootstrapContext.SecurityToken from my website. Can you please advice me on how to generate Assertion token (like WResult with in Form tag after ADFS auth is success) with SAML format?
