Web Administration for C# server

I have some servers coded in C# and I would like to have a web administration panel to communicate with those (get the list of servers and their states, get the list of connected users, kick users etc...)

I would like to know what tools could I use to achieve this task. I was thinking about XML-RPC, is that a good idea or is there anything else that might be easier or better ?
