Web scraping yellow pages

I tried to scrap white pages data few days back using python beautiful soup and requests. It worked well, I could loop and search for people by adding the people name with source URL. In that case, it was http://ift.tt/1JgeAfl"+name/+location . So I just replaced the name and location for my search.

Now, I am trying to do the same for yellow pages. My requirement is that I have list of business names, I am trying to download their complete address.The problem is that it is generating dynamic URLs every time, For example,

When I try to look for What --> "Lincoln Primary School" , Where --> North Belt Lincoln. It is generating the below URL for that search..

http://ift.tt/1M62DXZ

Now, programmatically, how can I generate this URL from my list of values. Mainly I am concerned about this '%2c' in the URL. I do not have much idea about web development, could someone help me on this.
