Why does this site reload/refresh ad infinitum when accessed on a cellphone?

The site http://luluplews.com, when accessed on a mobile phone (or with a mobile User Agent) is essentially unusable, as it refreshes/redirects to itself continuously.

Using the User Agent Switcher add-on in Firefox, I've reproduced the behaviour there, but have been able to deduce anything from Firebug or Web Developer (because of the continual redirection).

What is causing this?
