Free PHP and MySQL Web hosting

I am currently looking for a FREE PHP and MySQL web hosting site. I used to use 000webhost but I ran into a problem with that, I made a small program in c# and wanted it to access the database but whenever it tried to connect to it, I recieved this error: "Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts." Initially I though that maybe my connection string contained invalid credentials but after about a half hour trying to figure our what was wrong by myself, I decided to Google it to see if anyone else had this same problem. Sure enough, many other people had this same problem and it's because 000webhost uses Linux servers which do not support odbc. Does anyone know of any free webhosting sits that support odbc and also have PHP and MySQL? Thanks in advance
