Web application to download apk file

I am developing a web application in which ,once the user successfully logged in browser should detect whether it is opened in android phone or in ios phone.If it is android then it should be able to download the apk file n user will b able to see app or if it is ios then user should get redirect to ios app store to download the apk file.Is there any way..? Please suggest
