Tool for 3D animation in Web html

I am a website designer and working on a website for one of my customers. I would like to add 3D animations in my websites. Also, would like to add menus, toolbar with 3D effects. Is there a tool available which can allow me to create 3D animations & interactive 3D elements that can be easily used inside HTML based website.

P.S. It appears threejs allows me to do this , but I am not proficient in coding.
