Share only the article, rather sharing the entire article page

Right now, we have a article on our website - and we are getting interesting contributors to write articles for it. Many of them have their own digital networks to share their article with.

However, right now, you cannot share a specific article from our website. You can only share the entire article webpage. The problem is the contributors only want to share their own article. Also its easier for one article to go 'viral' and be liked and shared further, than a whole display entire article webpage!

Currently, we use standard share social(facebook, linkedin, tweeter and Addthis) plugins to share articles. How can I fix this to share only a specific article or only article content- Is there smart plugin; or what are the next steps to enabling us to share the articles?
