Web Server Hoster on Android phone

I've searched in many question " How to host a web page with android " but the answers are complicated . So,how to create an android application that gives me a url (i.e http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:XXXX/) which gets you to an simple html page . Note : i tried to use "NanoHTTPD" but i had many problems.
