Uploading your files to your website using python

What I would like to do is upload/update a file on my website using python. Seems easy, but the issue comes in detail: The website is hosted on infinityfree.com, which means that the only option that I see to access the file system is through VistaPanel, you can access the files from there using filemanager.ai. I can't seem to find any API or whatnot, and I am not experienced with calling my website. So the question is how do I go about uploading files to the website with python? Any solution will be great, no preferences in execution. Thank you
