I have a website and I want to optimize the LCP measure to get better in SEO rank

My company have a website hosted in netlify, the problem is that we are losing audience everyday due to how Google measueres SEO based on how optimized is the web.

The pages that make us rank higher are:

I tried some changes based on Page Speed Insights Reports but there are other things that I can´t fix.

In desktop we got 99 in performance.

But in mobile there is a problem with the LCP metric:

1. Reduce unused javascript: I tried using React.Lazy and loadable-components but gave me a ton of errors maybe based on how components are imported

2. Use next generation images: I tried converting the images to .webp format that is recommended by google. The problem is that LinkedIn doesn´t support this format to preview the pages or post with the og:image.

I have few questions then:

What can I do with the images, Is there any other optimized format that I can use?

What would you do if you were me? or How would you start?
