Hyperlinked list of objects in html

I am making a E-book webpage using python with Flask. This app allows to read available books and write new books. Now I want to read the names of books from a text file on local computer and then display a list of these names in html webpage but I also want to make the names hyperlinked. i.e. I want to open a new page for every book name. What should I do? P.S: I am not good at JavaScript but it may also help. thank you!
