How to set iFrame which embed on a webpage refresh once automatically when first load the page ? I try to use :

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60">
<head>
But it keeps refreshing and flashing. And it don't look good. How can I fix it? Can I use a simple way? Because I just know html and java script. Thanks a lot
