Can I image map a 360 or panorama images?

I'm new to coding, self learning of course, and I just have few questions, i'm using a 360 images in my website, my questions are: 1- Can I image map a 360 or panorama images? 2- how can I stitch 360 images together? 3- how to add arrows ( like the street view forward and backwards) to the images?
