Nextjs website grabbing the scroll. How can I leave the scroll without this bug?

I'm learning nextjs and to fix the content I decided to create my own website. At the end of the development I noticed that when scrolling to the sections below I feel that the website grabs. Would anyone have any idea what might be going on?

The website is onepage but I created a "sections" folder external to the "pages" folder and inside it I created each of the sections individually.

I don't know if this procedure of developing the excerpts in an external folder and importing them in the pages/index.js file would be the cause of the problem.
