How to select the exposed service inside web application depending on the environment?

I have web application which is implemented using JAVA EE and webservice using JAX-WS I have two webservices inside my application and i want to expose each on of them relying on the environment , for example one to be exposed on the Realtime server and the other on the batch server. as per my knowledge spring can handle such situation using profiles but does JAVA EE have something similar ?
