Simple Web page for Flask [closed]

Im new to building web pages with Flask in python. I want to create a simple but cool web page which has 2 buttons (Upload image, submit) and one drop down having 3 options. I want to upload image and show it on the same page on a canvas. After pressing submit, I want to get that image back in Flask code and do some processing on it. I want to return a list and display on the web page in some box. Can anyone help me build the web page? I need it urgent. Thanks
