java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space while uploading ++20000 rows data from XLS [closed]

So, im on java web project with pgsql database.

and i've got an java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space while uploading my .xls file. and this only happen when uploading xls file with 22000 rows.

i think there's nothing wrong with my algorithm, atleast at 10000 rows nothings wrong with my upload.

im using Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java Developers - 2020-09. if this is a memory problem, is there anything to get more memory on eclipse configuration?
