Where to write a blogpost about django [closed]

I want to write a short tutorial about "How to create a blog in django". Now my short question is, what is the best website where I can write such blogpost?

I found out about hackr.io or the official Django website offers a forum but there you have to link a website..

Does some of you have a good tip for me or experience?
