Fixed vertical line full height with social icons inside [closed]

I need to build in HTML-CSS a vertical line fixed to the left with full height, and insert elements such as icons inside it. I leave you an example attached.

My idea is to create some horizontal rows and with transform:rotate(90deg) make them vertical and insert them through position fixed in my site .. but I don't think it's the best idea

The important thing is that this line is responsive, minimizing the risk that on another device the line overlaps the icons or vice versa.
