website hosting with seamless data upload to database

I have to create a website where the end users can query the data using some dropdowns/text boxes on around 1000 records from the website hosted database. However, the data changes every day. I want to insert 10-15 records from my local system to website database seamlessly via an API or by using some Java-JDBC Connection. Is this possible? If so, can anyone guide with some links on how to send the data to website hosted database programmatically with the corresponding website provider name?
