Is there a way to get a computer model via a website [closed]

I work as a helpdesk tech at a school with 3 year levels using Surface Pros (4 - 6), and now during remote learning am trying to find some ways to make my days easier.

Every site I'm looking at is saying this is a giant security risk, so I'm expecting the answer to be no, but does anyone know of a way that I could get an end user to go to a website which would show them what model device they had (and potentially what version of Windows they had) so they could tell me?

This is so I could advise them what link to go to in order to download the correct drivers for their devices.
