How can I make a bot that scrape another site to my website

I want to make a bot that scrapes a website and take the data to my website automatically. I know how to scrape, I can make a bot that can scrape and extract to a file. But I can't understand how can I add data automatically to my website. I should use PHP right? Should I run the code on my website? I'm searching for the answer for a long time but I can't find it. There is some answer but couldn't understand. I would be very grateful if you could help.
