fixing the errors (using dev tools by google chrome) that are causing long load time for my website

I know nothing about codes and also I am new to stack overflow. I'm hoping for some positive response.

I ran a page speed test for my website today and the results have been awful. I have a list of errors that are causing problems but I am unable to fix them even after trying so many times.

I would love if someone can help me with a tutorial or something.
