Processing Full Stack (Node, Mongo, VUE)

Does anyone have an idea on how to process this whole diagram of connecting the front-end with the backend using node & vue & mongo? Is there any diagram that show the structure of the files and folders of each end and all that? Whenever I think about this I get dizzy
