Moving website to the new machine, but the website only showing the submit file form not actual index from the website

I just moved the website and its database to another machine, the connection between the database and the website content has been successfully connected. But when I access the website it doesn't even appear from the actual index, but it only appears like the screenshot below.enter image description here
