Cant access my website - hosting my aws ec2 instance

I have a custom domain that I use to route to my aws ec2 instance. It works and I can access the site on every device except one. I think i sort of know why but cant figure it out. I use to have this domain route to a different ec2 instance and since I changed the instance, my browser will not resolve the webpage from my mac. However on every other device that I have not accessed my old website/old ec2 instance It works...

Any help greatly appreciated
