Linux mouse coordinates vs Windows

I'm currently making an automation for my brother in Python. The automation includes clicking specific coordinates(just one part of the automation), in chrome. The problem is, I'm currently running Linux on my PC, and my brother is running Windows, and as you all know, the GUI is way different. Any ways to solve this problem? The program doesn't need to work on my PC except for testing. Thanks a lot
