How to convert a blob: link into a "real" link?

I'm trying to get a video input from a website given by this link : blob:http://player.jokehd.com/4fe0ea78-8d5f-4658-8d0c-787d1ff3b0af, but as I previously read we can't use a blob: link with no treatment...
Can someone explain me how could I convert this link into an useable one ?
