React Native or Flutter? Help me with final degree project

I should develop a web/mobile system (Android and iOS) to my final degree project for my university that consist basically in a mini Booking, mini calendar with notifications, and gestion of documents for exchange students (with MySQL as database). So I was considering React Native because I can have all in one (and later can use the base for a web), but I'm afraid about some comments... Flutter seems good and easier (and like future) but the problem I think it's really young yet talking about projects and documentation. What do you think about it? really thank you for your help and sorry for my bad english.

PD: I don't develop in RN or Flutter so I should learn both.
