Is is possible to integrate new Angular4+ application with existing ASP.net web forms application?

I need to create a single page application for enrollment functionality in existing asp.net web forms project(uses aspx- .net framework 4.5).

So, is it possible to include new angular 4+ project in existing web project ? an example would be helpful and appreciated.
