How to print two buttons during a php loop, each button to update database column with different value

I'm trying to get a couple of button to print with every iteration of the database, when I click one button, I want the value of one column in that row to be set to 1 but if the other button is pressed I want the column to be 2

Expected result is to have the information displayed and for a couple of buttons to be displayed benneath each record. If button is clicked for the database to be updated.
