How do I open a website and get some specific data from it with c?

I have this site (link http://users.uom.gr/~pfoul/net_test1.html) and I need to get in it from my program, and from all the text it contains get only the underlined part(the link). Sorry if this is a stupid question I am kinda new here, I've already searched but didn't find anything for it. Some help could be really helpful and appreciated! Thanks in advance
