Employee Schedule time zone conversion

hi guys im new to php and trying to develop employee management system for our school project there was a module that convert employee schedule from manila to america/los angeles time zone. my question is how could i convert date and time schedule of employee if it is DAY OFF? what is the time value of DAY OFF? heres the sample schedule of employee in manila time and need to convert it to pacific time.
