References for creating a search engine [closed]

my question is pretty generic but I am trying to create a search engine just like duckduckgo or ecosia.

I have 2 principal issues:

1. How to create and edit the front-end of the search engine (I want to use google or bing for the research so I don't want to really work on the back-end of the site)

2. How can I monetize it when someone is clicking a google or a bing ad? (I know that Ecosia and Duckduckgo are making their money like that)
