I am trying to register for an account so I can fill out a job application, but I am unable to progress from the Application Info stage due to the reCAPTCHA being inaccessible. Oddly enough, I am seeing an "Error for site owner" message: 
Everywhere I've looked online has talked about solving this issue from the point of view of the site owner, so I have no idea why I am seeing it.
How do I fix this on my end?
