Is there a way to change the browser ip address from the js console? [closed]

Now there is a website that recognizes my browser so when I open the website I see somw details but if I open another browser it shows as it is the first time

now after I opened it in both both browsers are now recognized I guess it checks something other than my pc ip as it would have known me on both browsers but it only recognizes the browser is there a way in browser console or an app or a code that makes this browser ip change every couple seconds?
