I am trying to listen to a radio station via url streaming using mpv, but with no success.
I'm trying on an RPi model 3B (not +).
When I run : mpv url of the station
I get the following error :

The radio sound comes out of the speaker for less than a second and then stops. Can you tell what the problem may be from the output above?
If instead of mpv I try with mplayer, I get the following output :

Last, I also tried with mpc add/play, and the result is :

volume:100% repeat: off random: off single: off consume: off
and again no sound.
I use speaker connected to the 3.5 audio jack of the Rpi. The speakers function properly as I can play .mp3 files (e.g. using mpg321 etc).

I tried with mpv from my Ubuntu Desktop PC and it works properly though with mplayer or mpc/mpd it doesn't work (similar behavior as above).
Any hint?
