White screen on browser while hitting localhost url

i'm using connect-web-app,while i do 'npm start' and server starts running on localhost:9000. When clicking the url provided in the terminal i'm getting the white screen in the browser.

I'm supposed to get the web page for connec-web though.

Can anyone help me, please
