transferring a project from a 2005 visual web developer to 2015 visual web developer

I Have a website that is written in visual studio 2005 and I would like to work on it in a 2015 version I have the files but i dont know how to open them in 2015 version the web site also have a DB on the Microsoft Access app here is a picture of the files -
