Would it be legal if i use scrap techniques for server side calculations? [closed]

i am planning to create a web app that uses another web site with scraping techniques to calculate some data. For example what if a client asks my website to download inputted video and my website scraps the name of the video on youtube and bring it . Would it be legal ?
