Stopping an iframe from reloading

I'm working on a small hobbyist/club website in which I've embedded a google-doc for the club roster. The club secretary can edit the doc and no longer has to tinker with the HTML. This seems to work just fine.

However, when viewed in a browser, the resultant page reloads/refreshes every 60 seconds which is an irritant. How do I stop the page from reloading?
