Blank notification by localhost

I just logged in at my webserver it show popup "localhost says".

I try to drop my database then i using last month's database it works. But if i using yesterday's database it only show "localhost says"

Can someone help me? I already increase size configuration at php.ini: - memory_limit from 128 M to be 512 M But nothing changes well.
