SVG circle progress bar with custom bar

I'm trying to make a progress bar that should be filled with an indicator in the form of flowers. I tried to get the points of the svg path and substitute there with pictures of flowers, which I managed. But now I need to get the points not the full path but only the part that will be adjusted with the help of the stroke-dashoffset, as it works with the blue fill path. I will attach a sample code and what should work. I would be very grateful for the help. enter image description here
